Interesting text about sexuality
The greatest discharges of energy occur through uncontrolled acts, including unbridled imagination, unchecked curiosity, immoderate small talk, excessive sexuality, and exaggerated perception—looking, listening, tasting, and so on in an aimless and excessive manner. But you should also recognize that many act in these ways because it allows them to discharge tensions that would otherwise be painful. All things considered, and given the function served by these discharges, I am sure you will agree with me that it is not reasonable to repress them but rather to give order to them.
As for sexuality, you must interpret this correctly: This function must not be repressed because that will only cause torment and internal contradiction. Sexuality directs itself toward and concludes in the act itself, and it is not useful that it continues affecting the imagination, or is expressed as an obsessive search for a new object of possession.
The control of sex by a particular social or religious “morality” has served purposes that had nothing to do with evolution, but the contrary.
In repressed societies, the Force (the energy of the representation of the sensation of the intrabody) turned back toward the crepuscular. In those societies, cases increased of the “possessed,” of “witches,” of the sacrilegious, and of criminals of all kinds who rejoiced in suffering and the destruction of life and beauty. In some tribes and civilizations the criminals were to be found among both the accusers and the accused. In other cases all that was science and progress was persecuted because it opposed the irrational, the crepuscular, and the repressed.
The repression of sex still exists among certain so-called “primitive peoples,” just as it does in other so-called “advanced civilizations.” It is evident that although the origins of these two situations may differ, both are marked by great destructiveness.
If you ask me to explain further, I will tell you that in reality sex is sacred, and it is the center from which all life and creativity springs, just as it is from there that all destruction arises when issues about its functioning are not resolved.
Never believe the lies of the poisoners of life when they refer to sex as despicable. On the contrary, in it is beauty, and not in vain is it related to the best feelings of love.
Be careful, then, and consider sex a great wonder, which must be treated with care, without turning it into a source of contradiction or disintegration of vital energy.

I see, Yan, you was under the infuence of India when you write this artikle :)
It is good that (both of) you are so open about sexuality, and refuse the oppinion "it is a bad thing" - but you have to understand the origin of that.
IMO: religion controlled and prohibit sexuality because the old society. Whitout that control, i mean: "you has one man/woman for your whole life" or "do it ONLY for make a child", everybody is able to have sex with everybody, wath is good - for a while...
Because we do not have sex because it is good - no, upside: it is good, that is why we fell to do it! It is part of the biologiacal "programming" to keep the evolution alive.
So OK that sex is a good thing, but it has consequences. The most important is pregnancy: women gets pregnant from a man, or more exactly: from ONE man.
I do not want to write a book about it, just in short: the "bad" rules against free sexualism are made to controll the child birth and cultivate the children to the likeness of the parents. Whitout it women gets pragnant from a man, and they were just children factories.
So, it was in the old time BUT fortunatelly 100 ago the technical develepment solved this problem by invent the anti-baby pills and the latex condom. Unfortunatelly mostpeople do not realize the greatness and effort of these inventions, and thinking like hundred years ago. That is why i don't agree with the opinion "oh mhy ghood, the theens thoday are sou dirty because they have sex in childhood, oh, oh oh" (was it enough ironic?).
reply to this comment Thursday, 29.04.10, 14:10:19 from: YanOk, still the "no sex" is the only 100 % method to avoid pregnancy and illnesses BUT the mentioned method are so developed today, tha they give 99+ %. And if we count what we win with it, I think it worth it :)

reply to this comment Friday, 30.04.10, 07:07:53 from: Pablo nunoHi Misha and Yan. this was a very interesting article. i agree in part about the damage repressing sexuality has been to humanity. ive been cursed and blessed with a very high sexual energy. partially because of my ethnic origin of mexican and the other due to my sexuality. I used to identify myself as a homosexual but never used the title mostly because i just thought about sex all the time. since i talked to my hetrosexual friend i realized i am bisexual. i am not romantically interested in women but i find them as sexually arousing as men do. i embraced this after i realized it and just wish it was easy for me to find someone who could share it with me. but i love the energy and positive blessings of you two. because it brings me hope i might find someone who can sync with me like you misha and yan do.
